The Worthing 10k is one of the south’s friendliest and fastest runs, a vibrant event welcoming everyone, from first-timers to seasoned runners. And this year, you could be part of our amazing Care for Veterans team!
Over the years, more than 100 incredible supporters have taken on the Worthing 10k for us. Now it’s your turn to join in, enjoy the atmosphere and make a real difference.

When: Sunday 7th June
Where: Worthing Seafront
Cost: £25 entry + minimum fundraising target of £50
You’ll take on a fast, flat route along the seafront, with spectacular sea views and plenty of cheering supporters along the way. Every step you take will help provide vital care for veterans and their families.
