Physiotherapist

Hours of work: 37.5 hours, with no expectation of working weekends

Salary: Band 6 equivalent circa £33,706

Holiday: 33 days, including bank holiday entitlement

Administrative Assistant (Trust Funds) P/T

We’d welcome applications for this exciting new role. The role is 22.5 per week paying £13k (£21,666 wte) and the hours are totally flexible and can either be worked over 3 x 7.5 hour days or over the entire week or part of. The only stipulation will be that some of the hours are worked on a Tuesday.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer existing database, cleansing data and archiving obsolete records.
  • Maintain records (paper based and electronic) of all Trusts.
  • Maintain annual plan of key events.
  • Responsible for the relationship with all small trusts.
  • Develop, continuously update and send out timely and accurate applications and any associated correspondence.
  • Responsible for an annual income target to be agreed with the Head of Fundraising.
  • Produce timely and accurate departmental performance reports and ad-hoc reports using the existing database and other sources of data.
  • Highlight and recommend improvements to standard communication materials.
  • Assist the Trust Officer with research on new Trusts, sector intelligence and sources of relevant information.

Skills:

Essential

  • Highly Proficient with MS Office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach to work.
  • Good command of written English language (grammar and spelling).

Desirable

  • Charity, military or patient care experience.
