Within our Day Care Service you can also have the therapies listed here. They are provided by our dedicated team who will assess your needs, create a personalised plan with exercises, strategies, or practical tips to help you feel stronger, more confident and independent. These therapies are provided at an additional cost.
Physiotherapy
Supports people to move better, become stronger, and manage pain after illness, injury, or disability.
Occupational Therapy
Enables people do the everyday things they need or want to do like dressing, cooking or moving around their home, and finds practical ways to make them easier and safer.
Speech & Language Therapy
Works on communication, understanding, and swallowing to help people express themselves and connect with others.
What to expect
Our dedicated team will help you feel stronger, more confident, and independent. They’ll talk with you, assess your needs, and create a personalised plan with exercises, strategies, or practical tips to make everyday life easier and safer.
Cost: When attending our Day Care Service the cost of each therapy session is £30.
If you’d prefer to use the therapies on their own, without Day Care, we’re happy to arrange that. And the the cost of each therapy session is £45.
