With events cancelled or postponed, we have lost a vital source of income. With running costs still at over £1.5 million a year we are in desperate need of support from people like you.

We understand that these times are uncertain for us all. Even a small amount will go a long way in helping the veterans in our care receive crucial support.

‘Virtual-ly Anything’ can be anything you like (or don’t like). You’re always better at something you enjoy, so why not turn this into a fundraiser and support the nations’ veterans who have risked their lives to protect you?

• Are you a natural baker? Why not host a cookery class? Or bake and decorate as many cakes as you can in 8 hours?
• Do you have a green thumb? Why not offer your gardening services to someone (making sure you comply with the government guidelines on social distancing)?
• Do you love your movies? Organise a 24hr movie marathon! People who donate a certain amount could always pick a film you have to watch?
• Are you a pro knitter? Organising a knit-a-thon is a great way to raise money.
• Are you sporty? Why don’t you arrange a sponsored run?
• You could even salute our veterans on a 60-minute march?
