Worthing 10k 2021 – thank you

Thank you to all the runners, volunteers and cheer squad who supported Care for Veterans at this year’s Worthing 10k.

We were very proud to have residents Steve and Graham take part in their wheelchairs with support from Captain Dave Curry, Sean Gilbert, and Care for Veterans’ Fundraiser, Christine Gillott.

It was so good to finally have this event, which has been postponed since June 2019 due to the pandemic.

Sue Harris, Community Support Officer, said: ” Thank you to all of those that took part in the Worthing 10k to support the disabled veterans in our care. It was great to meet you all, and congratulations on completing the course.”
