Michael Jones

Since leaving school in the early 80’s , Mike has been immersed in the world of property in the Southeast – Mike formed the property services group Michael Jones and Co, growing to a team of over 120 people personally advising on a variety of large development schemes to both privately owned and PLC operators.  Mike sold the company in 2021 to Lloyds Development Capital – subsequently, Mike formed the Church Barn Group in 2021 which is a family-owned niche property investment and development company

Outside work, Mike is married with two grown-up girls and lives and works directly on the South Downs Way in Washington, enjoying mountain biking, running and walking.
