Donations

We hold stalls at various community selling events, as well as at our own events, like the Summer Fayre and Christmas Fayre. Any clothing that we cannot sell is sold to a rag dealer, and any books we cannot sell are being sold to World of Books, so your donated items will always help us to raise money for Care for Veterans.

All items that are donated have value, so if you or anyone you know is having a clear-out and would like to donate any unwanted collectables, books, clothing, games, garden items, pictures, toys etc, please contact Jaime Mootealoo in the Fundraising Team. The only items we cannot accept is large furniture. We’d like to request that if you are looking to donate electrical items, that they have a minimum re-sale value of £20.
